Dookie ClickerDevelopment notes

Work in public

What is changing in Dookie Clicker?

These notes explain the work behind the website and game. They are here so players and testers can see what changed, why it changed and what still needs checking.

July 2026 · Website and player experience

Clearer routes to play, learn and get help

The website is being expanded beyond the play screen. New guides explain the progression loop, Mini Games and performance options; trust links are being grouped in normal navigation rather than hidden behind an email link. The aim is simple: a first-time visitor should understand the game before they are asked to play it.

August 2026 · Production access

Google Play production access secured

Dookie Clicker has cleared Google Play's production-access gate. Before the public release, the Android build is receiving a deliberate final polish pass across first-launch behaviour, loading transitions, phone layouts, and the feel of a complete session.

July 2026 · Performance

Lite Mode remains a first-class option

Lite Mode is not a different game. It trims the heaviest presentation work while preserving core gameplay, key artwork and a direct route back to desktop presentation for devices that can handle it. This is especially useful for mobile browsers and software-rendered setups.
